About myself:
Caring and competent yoga & meditation teacher with years spent of delivering
quality education experience in developing students to find the motivation for yoga
practice. Knowledgeable in the different collections of yoga styles, breathing
techniques, and safe stretching exercises for beginners and intermediate learners. My
objective is to join a caring studio as a part-time instructor, teaching beginner to
intermediate flow. Eager to share my expertise and passion with students in
yoga studio.

After the class:
Mindfulness and calmness will be with you and the surroundings, strength and flexibility will be upgraded as you can feel!
