I believe in may capabilities,I have handled learners and I can proudly say that every group I had,made a step of not two,higher,my joy as a teacher is when learners succeed,when they do well in academics as well as social life,their interaction with others is a key step when it comes to learning, sharing with other students what they know is vital .
My teaching styles and methods vary depending with the kind of students am handling,I am flexible and I tend to the needs of my students differently because all learners are different.I have made a student go from below two percent to sixty percent in Swahili,by just encouraging her to change her attitude.I advise my students to balance their grades and identify their strengths and weaknesses in order to enable them put their priorities in place,parent-teacher working as a team is also vital as a student recognizes the efforts from both parties and strives more.It is important for a learner to believe in their self as this boosts their their self esteem and he or she gets the self drive needed to attain more.
