My approach to teaching is based on the learner I am handling.That is, their ability to grasp a concept and retain it. I try as much as possible to simplify the concept so as to make it more understandable. I take so much time to understand my learner so as to know when and where to put in more effort. I feel fulfilled when a learner understands and is able to apply a concept rather than get good scores that do not reflect the work done.I believe I am a great teacher because of the feedbacks I get from my learners.
