Assalamualaikum! I'm Yusra Obaid and I want to tell you a bit about myself and what I can offer as a teacher. I've taken a special journey in my study of Islam and teaching, and I'd like to share some highlights with you.

Firstly, I'm proud to say that I'm a Hafidh of the Quran. This means I've memorized the entire Quran, and I hold its teachings close to my heart. Alongside this accomplishment, I've spent six years immersing myself in the study of Hadith, the teachings and practices of the Prophet Muhammad. This has given me a deep understanding of the traditions that guide our faith.

Over the course of the last five years, I've had the privilege of working with a diverse range of students. This includes not only women but also children. Teaching is a passion of mine, and I've found great joy in helping students understand the Quran better, particularly by focusing on Tajweed, the correct way of recitation. I've also been dedicated to teaching the art of supplication,er which allows students to connect more meaningfully with their faith.

One aspect of teaching that I hold dear is character building. I firmly believe that our faith isn't just about rituals but also about becoming better individuals. I take special care, especially with children, to instill the values and principles that Islam teaches us. By doing so, I hope to help them grow into well-rounded and compassionate individuals.

It brings me immense happiness to see the progress my students make, and I'm grateful for the positive feedback from both my students and their parents. Knowing that I've played a role in their learning journey is incredibly rewarding.
