     Manage Western Music Section/ Library. Handle manual/ computerized indexing and work upon the catalogues of Western Music Compact Discs, Tapes and Records.
     Create Program Schedules. Assist during the Program Production including Sound Editing, Recording and Dubbing.
     Assist peers in developing Program Layouts, Schedules; Create Write-ups for the publicity of Radio Shows while suggesting scope, format and titles of the new Show.
     Provide training to the New Recruits, Announcers and Presenters. Delegate work to Presenters and Announcers.
     Act as a Faulty for Studio & Class Room Training to Candidates for the Vani Certificate Course
     Manage outdoor activities as well as other bands in the station.
     Produce promotions, advertisements, jingles, shows etc based on inputs from the clients and the Programming Head. Identify, coordinate and invite guests and celebrities.
     Plan, monitor and make scripts for the show in line with the editorial guidelines and brand proposition.
     Do voiceovers for commercials, promos, station IDs, sparklers and all other programming constituents.
     Make promos/ commercials etc under the supervision of the Programming Supervisor and / or the promo producer as and when required.
