I am a Licensed Professional Mathematics Teacher with a Master's degree in Mathematics Education at Southern Luzon State University and a unit earner of Doctor of Philosophy Mathematics Education at Philippine Normal University. I have been teaching for 9 years and tutoring for 5 years and this gained me different experience of handling diverse learners. Learning the best strategies works for my learners. I used to do an assessment first before starting teaching proper. I make sure that the learners are comfortable with me along the sessions. I also make sure that rapport is properly built at the onset of the meeting with parents and family. When I teach, I make sure that it is lively and not boring. I converse well with my students and I am sensitive to their mood and how they respond to the lecture sessions. I can also provide materials which work best for my learners. I am known to be enthusiastic and a great motivator. I also have a high tolerance for challenging students, like moody or introvert one. I can proudly say that I have been good at handling every student assigned to me. Today, I look forward to meeting new students who will continue to challenge my skills as a teacher and as a coach.
