I have been teaching students in the past 10 years . I started teaching with few students at university and school . I expanded my skills and learn how to ensure student well performance . Essentially I believe no one isn’t able to learn and all what is needed is to push them in the tight track then they can start progress. When it comes to my classes I focus on 3 things
1) Ensuring students learn how to be independent and I often encourage them to interact with professors
2) Ensuring useful material in most efficient way to avoid wasting student time
3) Ensuring classes are fun as this potentially makes students not getting bored
