For better comprehension of any concept,especially in legal studies, both theory and practical problem application must be taught. This is the approach which helps students and professionals in developing the problem solving ability and gaining theoretical command over subjects.My students have found this methodology helpful in understanding the legal prepositions and scoring in their exams and Moot Courts. Most students are unable to apply the concept they learn in class room to real practical problems which render the information useless. Knowledge and the ability to use the same breeds intelligence.
