I am a trained teacher counsellor with adequate years of experience and with complete passion in teaching. I am an engaging teacher that has a history of increasing classroom participation" rather than just including "engaging" among a list of personality attributes. As a passionate educator, I aim at helping my learners achieve better grades in school. I instruct my learners in accordance with the following objectives.
1. Incorporated both writing and writing lessons to strengthen student skills.
2. Managed classroom behavior and reduced disciplinary incidents by implementing a reward-based system.
3. Promoted a positive learning environment to boost student engagement and success.
Inorder to ensure that i have a productive lesson with my learners, I randomly offer tests to them to assess their progress as well as counsel them inorder tpo ensure that they are of sane and sound mentality that is free and help them obtain the right attitude in school hence allow them to be brave and face the challenges.
I also ensure I do academic and mental follow ups with my learners.
It will be a pleasure to be walking through this academic journey together.
