I believe that teaching is a divine mission as much as medicine is, if not more. Doctors treat the body while teachers work on minds. The most important thing for me as a tutor is being honest and truthful in this job; because it is a huge responsibility to teach a child and prepare him to be an effective person in society. Another important characteristic in a good teacher is the ability to adapt his/her teaching methods accordingly to the mental, psychological, social and any other circumstances of his/ her student. For example, I use different styles of teaching depending on the student’s way of thinking such as reading, doing research, enriching the child’s vocabulary, explaining complex grammar rules in simple enjoyable examples of the child’s real life. Finally, when it comes to teaching and preparing youthful minds to confront real world, I consider every individual is unique and anyone can be creative and successful if he/she get the right guiding.
