I would describe myself as positive knowledgeable friendly teacher . I have flexible style of teaching..I will create such bond with student that they will not hesitate to ask questions. ..such environment can boost student confidence. I .believe in the power of interactive and student-centered learning, where I act as a facilitator rather than a mere lecturer.My teaching methodology is rooted in few key principles like real world relevance,active learning, feedback and assessmentsŲŒpersonalization( recognizing that each student learn differently ).As for the results, the success of my teaching methodology is evident in the achievements of my students.
