I use different teaching styles and methodologies to keep the Learners engaged.I may use lectures,group discussions and hands on activities and power point presentation to promote and cater different styles of learning. I use problem based learning o make lessons more interactive and engaging.I used the real world examples as well and assessments to ensure effective learning.I create positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages learners participation and foster critical thinking skills. I also provide feedback to the learners to enhance their learning and work further to improve the skills.
