Myself Dr Payal Mahajan, MA., MSc PhD with NET is teaching for the past 14 years and having rich experience in research for the past 20 years. My way of teaching is Developing methodology to educate students about the topic (problem solving, small group
discussions, etc.) and then implementing the same in the classroom. I use various classroom assessment techniques to understand the student better. I believe in more of topic discussion while teaching as it makes the child attentive and he/she enjoys the topic. It would never be one sided. I will assure that I’m going to complete the syllabus well in time or might be before time so that we can go for the revision once. Punctuality is my strong point and I expect the same from my students too.
