I teach a student with concepts and also takes tests on weekly basis so that the student reminds his lesson and don't forget it .Also students and parents will be satisfied at the end of the class session with my result.I don't punish students but I teach them politely because students need cooperative teacher so that they understand them and freely asks questions from the teacher.Otherwise students feels hesitate in asking the questions.I don't put burden on students by giving more lesson.I only teach the lesson with concepts so that student can easily understand it
