By reading the lesson and students read it too ( for the benefit of training how to read Arabic language), then I explain the lesson, thereafter, I ask students if there's anything which wasn't well understood then I tackle it.I do give weekly tests to evaluate the understanding of the student. Before discussing the new lesson, I go through the previous one to make sure that nothing of that lesson is left without been understood by students. As for the main exams, I do set the paper in three levels. The first level is general one that each student is able to answer even the one whose understanding is average. The second level is mainly for the students who are above the average. And the last one is for those who are brilliant. This exam setup helps me to detect brilliant students and those who are average and above average level and the next thing I do is to focus more on them and try my best to lift up their level of performance. The best performance of the students is my ultimate goal
