ALFA DAVID OMACHONUBIOLOGY AND SCIENCE TEACHER

As a professional teacher, I adopt the best method of teaching a child after discovering the needs of a child at different learning levels. I first do a self evaluation of the child's academic strength, weakness, family background and environment then know which which method works for them. Before the aforementioned check can be done in the lives of a child, I processes a unique teaching mechanisms that makes me outstanding.
My favorite teaching technique is "The Facilitator, or activity style". I so much love this style among other styles because it promote self-learning and help students develop critical thinking skills and retain knowledge that leads to self-actualization. This style trains students to ask questions and helps develop skills to find answers and solutions through exploration.
Another style am also good at is "The Delegator, or group style". The delegator style is best suited for curricula that require lab activities, such as chemistry and biology, or subjects that warrant peer feedback, like debate and creative writing. This style guide a child to discovery and inquiry-based learning which also place the teacher in an observer role that inspires students by working in tandem toward common goals.
Another style I also normally apply during my teaching although not applicable to most students except for some exceptional student is "The Hybrid, or blended style". Hybrid, or blended style, follows an integrated approach to teaching that blends the teacher’s personality and interests with students’ needs and curriculum-appropriate methods. I apply this method at times because it inspires a child to achieve it's goals and enables teachers to tailor their styles to student needs and appropriate subject matter.
In conclusion, I have various teaching style that can fit into the lives of every students no matter their previous performance or grade.
