My main objectives are to improve students’ academic performance, instill students with intrinsic motivation to learn and instill Positive Action principles into students’ cognitive, affective and behavioral learning domains that will contribute to the teaching and achieving of core performance standards and outcomes in students. Also I intend to develop students’ character, develop well-rounded students: including physically, intellectually, socially and emotionally and develop thinking skills, and the use of the teaching framework for critical thinking and language acquistion skills such as reading, writing and listening. Above all I intend to involve parents in their children’s education, involve community members in education by providing support and resources to the school and to unify the individual, school, family and community with auniversal philosophy and a common goal.
