I believe in conceptual explanations of the subject so the students get a deeper understanding. I try to transfer all the academic knowledge I have gained to my students. Keeping the sessions interactive help the learners to retain the knowledge for a longer time, and reach out in case of query freely. My approach is just not exam oriented but I make sure that the students get a thorough and holistic understanding of the subject. Great examples of pedagogy!
