I try to communicate with my students and try to understand their level of understanding and the tricks with which they can perform well. I believe in making my students comfortable with me so that they can be free to ask questions. I am more of calm nature type of a person who believes that a student needs full attention and time by their teachers to perform well. I always try to hear my students and understand their problems related to the topic which makes them comfortable with me.
