My teaching methodology is based on the principles of active learning, differentiation, scaffolding ( teaching in chunks by giving proper guidance), feedback, and assessments (Short Quizzes and Short Tests). The proper explanation of these methods is as follows; Active learning: Active learning methods engage my students in the learning process by having them participate in activities such as discussions, problem-solving exercises, and hands-on small projects. This helps students to retain information better and to develop their critical thinking skills. Differentiation: Differentiation is the practice of tailoring instruction to the individual needs of my students. This can be done by providing different levels of difficulty of materials (Simple, moderate, hard), by using different teaching methods, or by providing different types of support. Differentiation helps to ensure that all of my students are able to learn effectively. Scaffolding: Scaffolding is the process of providing my students with constant support as they learn new material. This support from my side can be in the form of clear instructions, step-by-step guidance, or my active concentration on them. Scaffolding will help my students to master new concepts and skills more easily than other methods. Feedback: To me giving feedback on time is essential for student learning. It helps my students to identify their strengths and weaknesses, mistakes and to make progress towards their goals. Assessment: Assessment is an important part of the learning process in my methodology. It helps me to track my student’s progress, to identify areas of need where my concentration is needed more specifically, and to make adjustments to instructions. Assessment can be formative (used to guide instruction) or summative (used to measure student achievement). In addition to these methods, it is also important for me to create a positive learning environment in which my students feel safe, respected, and motivated to learn. As a teacher, I am very flexible and willing to adapt my student’s requirements to meet the needs of my students.
