Am Caroline Nduku. A motivated, compassionate, results-oriented, responsible and organized professional with proven teaching and mentoring skills. Skilled at communicating complex information in a simple way. I value teaching at individual level and understanding students individual differences. I always establish a good student-teacher relationships which enables my learners to feel comfortable and accommodated. This also helps the learners to interact freely with the teacher during teaching session.
Apart from teaching guide and counsel my students to ensure that their learning is not carried away by peer pressure. I also help in choosing of career paths based on learners preference and also their abilities in various subjects.
