I have been teaching for the past 15 years. My responsibilities include: instructing and evaluating students in the subject of English. I create lesson plans, teach various aspects of English Language Arts (comprehension, grammar, writing, reading, literature, spelling and vocabulary), assign homework, grade exams and provide feedback and guidance to students. I maintain classroom order by managing students' behaviour and ensuring a positive learning environment. Moreover, communicating with parents and guardians, collaborating with other teachers and staff members, participating in professional development activities, and keeping up to date with educational trends and curriculum changes are also my routine activities. Additionally, I organize, coordinate and assist in extracurricular activities, such as a school magazine or morning assembly, speech competitions and many other events.
