My motto of teaching is not limited only to clear exams,train them to be a efficient nurse while giving care to the patients.I start the class with introductory sessions to know the knowledge level and conclude with evaluation.My teaching style is of lecture cum discussion method so that students feel free and approachable to me.Any time feel free to clear doubts regarding subjects.Motivational support to achieve their goals.As a teacher I always expect results from students not only in terms of marks even the behaviour which marks a lot in society.
