Good day! I am Dr. Aqil Waqar Khan. I have around ten years of working experience in education sector at college and university level. My PhD is in Management Sciences with specialization in Finance. My dissertation is entitled Corporate Governance and Firm Performance. So far I have six published research papers and one in peer review phase of impact factor journal.
I take a friendly approach to teaching, believing that my students are simply equals who have yet to gain the knowledge I can impart to them. I find this approach helps to break traditional “them” and “us” type barriers between students and their tutors. I also feel that the students gain more as a result of using this approach, not to mention the satisfaction that the teacher can also gain.
