Hello, teaching is the one activity that does not feel like a job to me. I try to understand the students level, and try to relate the concepts with what they already know. I have seen that this is the most effective way to flatten the learning curve. I usually use examples from everyday life to teach concepts, and urge students to look beyond equations to fully understand complex topics. Whenever possible I use diagrams and pictures to convey concepts, and use every resource I can find to teach. Usually learning a topic from different viewpoints/angles help to solidify it's understanding and have a more holistic view of the topic. I spend a lot of time before my classes to make sure that the material I use is top quality, and as clear as possible, and always appreciate honest feedback from my students on what can be improved and what was good. Spending time preparing for lessons is something that I love, and it never feels like work for me. Needless to say, preparation time for the lessons is not charged, only the actual lesson hours are!
