I personally been through a difficult Pregnancy journey, so I understand the journey of a woman from Pregnancy preparation to Post delivery Care and Suggestions.

All my teachings are based on my own experience and Teacher training course. As I personally take the sessions, I take full care of my students. To Give personal attention, my batch strength limited to 10 or less. With my coaching the chances of normal delivery increases and post delivery recovery is faster. I provide complete package so they do not need to take multiple classes.

My personal attention to each student make them feel valued. The transparent teaching methods, make them believe and share any mental or emotional blockages they are going through. I teach Trimester wise Yoga, Pranayam, Meditation, Mantra Chanting, Yogic methods, Womb Connection, Garbhasamvad, Labor and delivery, Post delivery care.

Many students had normal delivery, faster recovery, calm and active babies. All the practices I make them do are directly from my heart, so the authenticity they like the most. I call my Students and DREAM Mother and give them the mental strength, physical confidence and spiritual connection to their pregnancy journey.

    I am the Founder of Pregnancy Simplified which is aimed to make the woman aware and make their pregnancy Journey Happy and Healthy. Personally, I have been through multiple miscarriages, and then successful at 6th attempt. After that I decided to guide women on Pregnancy Preparation and making the pregnancy Happy and Healthy. SO I decided to take on the path of Yoga and Garbhasanskar. Along with this I added my own experience. What I give My students is a complete knowledge before, during and after Pregnancy.
