I would call my approach to teaching as flexible from the point of view of the student’s interest and ability. The main role of a teacher is to inspire awe towards the subject. I’ve altered my approach in teaching the subject to every student I have taught. One size doesn't fit all as far as teaching is concerned.
The students have a lot of information at their finger tips. The role of a teacher has become one of a person who tells the students what is clutter in the information they have, what is essential for them to know about each topic, what will be the things they will be using / learning in future courses that is related to the present topic.
A student considering help online for learning has special needs. I could range anything from flexibility in timing or in the teaching learning process. Anything from doubt clearing sessions for an expert student to a simplistic approach to a not so enthusiastic learner could be catered to. The level could range from basic school to college students requiring explanations.
