My way of teaching is very friendly I can provide you with some useful material. I also like to give my students assignments, and quizzes. If my students fail to do this, I won't degrade them; in fact, I will help them solve the problems and try to improve my way of teaching I see this as my failure in teaching if my students fail to solve problems/questions
