My teaching method is explanation based on understanding. The methods used is textual learning, research and extra reference.
I believe in cultivating interest in the student towards the subject which automatically prompts them to learn more. If a student is unable to understand a particular topic sometimes the student needs a little push or motivation, however the traditional type of motivation does not work with most of the students which is why I believe in adapting the method of learning by throughly understand the details and connections of the text or topic.
I always prefer the students to know nothing rather than act like knowing everything and knowing nothing.
