I am an experienced yoga teacher with experience of teaching kids as well as adults. I focus on personal requirement of the students according to their capability. I am trained in teaching multi style yoga.
My methodology is to include asanas, pranayam and a relaxing savasana in my classes.
I have taught beginners level to advanced level yoga to my students.
I majorly include hatha yoga in my teaching, and keep on including the variations according to students requirement like weightloss, hypertension, diabetes, thyroid, PCOS,improving concentration in kids etc.
