Stay informed about advancements in language teaching, educational research, and relevant pedagogy to continuously improve teaching practices.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
Teaching certification or relevant teaching qualification is preferred.
Proven experience as an English Language Teacher with a successful track record of fostering language development in students.
Proficient verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strong classroom management and organizational skills.
Patience, adaptability, and a genuine passion for teaching and nurturing students' language abilities.
Knowledge of modern teaching methods, including the use of technology in language instruction.
Cultural sensitivity and ability to work with diverse student populations.
