I am a fun-loving teacher. I am flexible, patient, passionate, and compassionate, I have an excellent interpersonal communication skills. I create meaningful and interesting lessons. As a teacher, wearing a smile upon entering the classroom is really important to bring positivity to the students. To keep students engage in an online classroom, it is important to be jolly to make them more comfortable. I encourage students to speak more. I let them share their experiences and express their ideas. And every time they do correct grammar or good pronunciation, I praise them or give them compliment.
