My teaching style is teacher as a demonstrator/delegator/facilitator in the class. I demonstrate the lesson in an interactive way and simple especially for primary students.I make sure the class is interactive and students can feel relax and free to participate in the class activities. I also do student- focused teaching style wherein I guide the students to achieve learning the lesson especially those who really needs immediate attention in learning the lesson. I always give positive feedbacks and appreciation to my students. Moreover, I teach English phonics using Audio-Visual material.I do guided reading to my lower primary students from letters,syllables,words to sentences.
For intermediate or secondary students, my approach is facilitator of learning.The students w can feel comfortable to interact or participate in the class lessons,group and individual activities.They learn to be independent and responsible for their own learning assigned task.
I can assure that my students have a lot to learn before they leave the class.

    I was a full-time lower primary teacher teaching grade 1 students. I teach basic English pronunciation,English phonics,easy English grammar and simple sentences. I deliver my lessons in a funny and interactive way.
  • ESl teacher (Feb, 2014–Mar, 2018) at Brilliant Cebu English Academy
    I was an ESl teacher to Japanese students teaching conversational English.Also, I taught English grammar from basic to intermediate level of students.Moreover, I handled TOEIC writing and TOEIC grammar as well.My style of teaching is creative and simple in a way that student can understand the lesson easily.
  • ESl teacher (Feb, 2008–Dec, 2013) at Cebu Globalization Academy
    I was a full-time ESl teacher in CG academy wherein I primarily taught conversational and Business English to Koreans and Thai students.
    Additionally,I was a speaking interviewer on students' monthly English progress test.
