I have already working in a school and teaching subjects like mathematics, Science and English. I always encourage a friendly environment for learning because a strict environment is full of tension. And you can not learn properly. With this all my students feel free to ask any difficulty which they are facing in any subject for so many times. They are not shy and i always work for their confidence building and personality grooming as well. Because with knowledge your personality also matters for your success.
