Assalamualaikum,My name is Syed Muhammad Bashir ul Hassan.I have completed my education (MSC Zoology)from university of Punjab,Lahore.I have 9 years experience in teaching biology and chemistry in Government higher secondary school. I have 3 years experience in online teaching. In school,I mostly focus on Biology and also provide offline tution. In class I usually use white board,pictures and charts for better understanding. I prefer to exercise healthy group discussions and debate to engage the students with me. For online students I use virtual white board and try out flipped classroom method and after this I noticed a positive change in students engagement.
