Every student has potential for greatness. What is needed is someone to help liberate this potentials. I am one of such teacher. I like to be challenged. I believe three months is enough for impact to begin to show. I believe in the Greek legend Plato style of teaching (questioning). Many teachers talk too much. The major role of a teacher is to identify and guide students to their God given potentials. I believe interactions facilitates this. My students usually score A or B in whatever subject I tutor them. Much more importantly, they become better in those positive areas like music, sports etc not just academics Also, I am aware from his book "Think big" that Dr Ben Carson got his job at John Hopkins not just because of his medical expertise but his understanding of classical music. Technology is critical in education today. I am tech savvy and current with online tools like Google meet, Zoom, Quizzes etc. Interestingly, I am a adaptable.
