I have 17 years teaching experience, which I have taught both Individuals with and without Disability. I am currently teaching in a special school for Individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disability since 2015.
I have the following skills a teacher; good communication skills, classroom management skills, creativity and innovation skills, adaptability skills, passion, confidentiality, physical stamina, good records keeping, questioning skills.
I am Licensed that qualifies me as a teacher by the National Teaching Council of Ghana.
As a teacher my teaching philosophy is that," I believe that all children are unique and have something special that they can bring to their own education. I will assist my student's using variety of methods and techniques to express and accept themselves for who they are, as well as embrace the differences of others".
