In a class when we have students with different IQ. My main is especially on those with low IQ or you can say the averages or below average I pay special attention to them by sparing some extra time to them because I think they need me the most than those with high IQ. I go on their level to teach them then check their assignments properly, point out their mistakes and then do dicuss with all one by one. Though it takes time but made me and my students satisfied. And my results have always been 100% as those students couldn't qualify in other but do in mine. So it's due to collaboration of both me and my students. Thanks
