I am passionate about teaching and everything that involves learning. I believe for effective learning to take place interaction is necessary. As a teacher the only way to understand the mind of your learners is through what they say, how they say it and the result of their expression, whether in words or actions I engage learners in teaching and learning process. By adopting this method I am able to understand and know that pupils ability, skills and capacity. What makes me an exceptional teacher is the fact that I always try to strike a balance between academics and morality. It's high time that teachers recognize the fact that morality cannot be overlooked. It's expected as pupils/learners excels in their academics, they should build up good habits and right attitude to life and Godliness. As it is commonly said charity begins at home, yes indeed it begins at home and continues even in the classroom or any learning ground. Learners must be taught the right values and ethics if at all we aim at having a better society. Therefore teachers possessed the power to impart this into life of their learners.
