In point of my view, a teacher should be very imaginative and being a motivater. Students are my priorities because what I teach them they will adapt that. So, Communication and listening to the students is much important. A teacher should teach the students about the methods or called formulas so that they can understand better. Well, being patience also is one of the important play role. A teacher's patience will be tested while working as an educator. Other than that, a teacher also should guide the students to guide their home works and make sure they can do by their own when comes to another turn.
