I'm a Chemical Engineer with, Ph.D. from IIT Delhi. My teaching philosophy is centered around three fundamental principles: fostering active learning, promoting critical thinking, and encouraging a strong connection between theory and application. My past experiences as a contractual lecturer at NIT and a teaching assistant at IIT and BITS have shaped my teaching style and strengthened my commitment to student-centered education. During these roles, I have worked with diverse groups of students with varying levels of expertise and learning styles, which has honed my ability to tailor my teaching methods to cater to individual needs.
