I believe in an interactive teaching center where both teacher and student can share ideas and also groom on how to teach students to be independent in the absence of nobody.

I believe in more explanation and a lot of examples to back it up than giving notes that won't make sense. Using more of our intelligence than people's knowledge. I also do some weekly riddle and creative classes for my lower primary student.
Reinforcing students in a way makes them do more and also shows appreciation for a good job well done. also Introducing them to the technology world is another advantage
