Design and implement creative and interactive lesson plans that engages students and encourages independent learning. Utilizes a range of assessment methods such as quizzes, discussion forums, real world application of chemistry and assignments to measure the rate of understandingof the students. Provides personalizeds personalized feedbacks and support to students through email, online charts and virtual office hours.
