I think we should teach with the involvement of students.i always start lecture with relevant materials and visual aids after 5 minuts i involve students to discuss what we have red so from this practice i show always good results even during as a principal i taught arabic at graduation level with 213 strength so students got 90+in arabic .now a days i am teaching in bs islamic studies semester 6th.ulom ul hadith.and muslim family law.in semester 4th i am teaching history of tafseer.in semester 2nd islam and science.By the Grace of Allaha almighty all students are satisfied from my method and secoring highest marks in all subjects.i am also a supervisor of poonch university rawalakot .i have published my 25 articls in w.x.and y.catagory.i am member of sandicate in ajk university muzaffarabad.i am member of scholarship committee poonch university rawalakot.i always conducted vivas at master level ajk university muzaffarabad.poonch university always invite me as an subject expert in selection boards..

    i am an associate professor in sardar bahadur ali khan govt girls post graduate college khrick rawalakot.i started my job as a lecturer from government girls degree college mung in 2004 and in 2016 i deputed to ajk university muzaffarabad as an head of department islamic studies.then i qualify my open merit psc grade 19 as an associate professor.so i rejoin my education department again .i served as a principal in girls degree college dreak till 2020 after that i selected as a principal in girls post graduate college khrick rawalakot 12 .6.2020.i exchange my job now with vice principal so 29 march 2023 i am serving now as an associate professor in same college.i am also a supervisor of poonch university rawalakot
