In Mathematics, as per my view, first we need to direct, discuss with students in a friendly manner. checking the level of students by asking their previous knowledge about the certain topic going to take is very important. Introduce a story or some plays and make them to enter in to the topic by putting a problamatic condition that matches their level. I believe that good teachers are continous learners also. Reinforce students for their better attention and responses was a good strategy to make them more interested and to grab the attention of others also.
