I was start the yoga since 2004, i was multiple times winners in national yoga championships. I have 7 year experience for teaching the yoga, meditation, parnayam,zumba, aerobics etc. I am give the good results for various diseases like thyroid, survical, PCOD, stress, dipression, weight loose etc . I am use the various methods for yoga classes and day to day different workout in class like one day workout for backband next day front, others days full legs stretching, zumba, aerobics, meditation, parnayam etc and most important things is workout according to your body and stamina.
