I, Haron Mutwiri Abuana, a Kenyan, 41, male, very enthusiastic and passionate teacher. having taught from class two to University level, I have the requisite experience.
I have cross cultural experience, having taught in Rwanda from 2011 to 2016.
I use demonstration method, explanation, experiential method, role play and do as much as possible to make learning fun. I even use songs and poeams. In kiswahili poems are called mashairi.
I boast of happy and inspired students having helped them fulfill their education desires.
I have traveled the world, USA, Europe and Asia, and many parts of Africa.
I boast of having taught outside my country Kenya thus making me conscious of the feelings of other nationalities.
I am highly disciplined, a great requirement of a teacher. I am hardworking, reliable and dependable.
In Rwanda, I helped a great deal during the transition from French to English. With my company, Advatop Training Consultants Ltd, I was contracted by World Vision to train teachers and registered children in Bugesera District. besides, I have done many trainer of trainers training.
I am a mentor and a motivational speaker in many schools.
