I started my yoga classes for last 1 year . My first student is an asthma patient. She wants relief through yoga because she was frustrated that how much medicine she take in a single day. But when she heard about yoga she was willing to learn. It was my first experience and it is quite gud. I teach her various prayanamas and meditation toh cure asthma. And after 4to6 months she improves and feels very active.And I am also not strict so be friendly. But I am punctual . So please give me a chance to teach you .
