    - So many students of +2 in UAE are lacking in fundamentals and I need to deliver all concepts again to build up a base from scratch.
    - I prefer to teach with examples rather than just reading books in front of students so regularly bringing new real-life examples in class requires R&D and for the quality of learning I charge for the hire side.
