I have a hybrid style of teaching, both facilitator and demonstrator. I give guided instructions.
My teaching methodology evolves based on the needs of the students and the subject matter being taught. It involves continuous self-reflection and improvement to provide the best possible learning experience for students. My specialty is I understand that students have diverse learning styles and abilities. I am flexible in approach, adapting teaching methods to cater to individual needs and providing additional support when necessary. I believe that Integrating technology into the teaching process can enhance engagement and make complex topics more accessible. It also prepares students for the technology-driven world they will encounter outside the classroom.
